Refund Policy for Notary Services

 

Thank you for choosing Ever Cloud Signings LLC for your notary needs. We strive to provide excellent service to our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before utilizing our notary services.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled notary service, please notify us at least 24 hours, prior to signing, in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

 

Failure to Provide Service

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the notary service due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund.

 

Errors or Misconduct

If any errors occur during the notarization process, or if our notary engages in misconduct, we will thoroughly investigate the matter. If it is determined that a mistake was made on our part, or if misconduct occurred, you may be eligible for a full refund.

 

No Refund in Completed Services

Once the notary service has been completed, and the document(s) have been notarized, the service is considered final. At this point, no refunds will be issued.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at accounting@evercloudsignings.com with your name, the date of the notary service, and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond in a timely manner.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of the refund request.

 

Changes to this Refund Policy

Ever Cloud Signings LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients through other means.
